The problem has been how to get financially accessible products that poor people can acquire. Solar units introduced here by Chinese and other countries have tended to be too big and too unreliable.

    If there is an Israeli company or development organisation which can produce or get produced some pro-poor small-community-targeted miniature solar units, we would, for only a small allowance, vigorously use our credible stature to promote the product and help the producer make business while bringing light and convenience to ordinary people.
