6 Sustainable Bedroom Hacks for Better Sleep

3. Look for Paint without Harsh Chemicals

LED bulbs also emit less heat, with only 3.4 BTUs of heat per hour while traditional bulbs produce 85 BTUs per hour. By conserving energy, you will be helping the planet, saving money, and keeping your bedroom cooler.
