The job will be office based and you will manage solar energy installation projects in the vicinity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent (equivalent is 8 years of experience).
  • Must have 5-10 years or more years of experience with 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Must have a valid current driver license, eligible for corporate vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid passport to travel outside the U.S.

As is required in many managerial positions, your job will be mostly office based. But you will need to make sure beyond the above requirements you will need to take on a wide range of responsibilities, making this a particularly rewarding job.

In Safety you will lead by example to showing all employees how to follow safe practices while working. You will need to correct at risk behavior, and make sure that all team leadership positions understand standard operating procedures.

In areas of Client Relationship Management Accountabilities you will show client excellence and consistency in the management and delivery of the project, in-line with the client’s expectations, while strengthening and continually maintaining the client relationship.

In Planning you will manage the project craft plan and participate in the project kick off; you will analyze and summarize activities to evaluate efficiency and accuracy, and among other activities review proposals and RFP’s while maintaining and preparing monthly budgets.

In this job you are a leader of leaders. You will guide and coach managers to ensure activities on site are understood and that they following established processes through quality checks. You will communicate to clients and executive management and create a culture of continuous improvement so employees can develop and grow.
