Unbelievable eh? The humor is important. Meeting many of these people here in Jordan’s cities, and in Za’atari refugee camp near the Syrian border, you see they are…us. Students, nurses, writers, restauranteurs, all caught in an untenable situation. It is astounding that they can retain some humor, and perhaps it’s a way help humanize the crisis for the rest of the world.
