Then recently I was so happy when a facilities company, EMCC, installed safety locks on our apartment windows (a building managed by ADCP). Helps me sleep better at night knowing that my child cannot easily open those dangerous windows! I urge all the building owners and property management companies to do the same (as required by the law) and do the right thing to protect their tenants as some of these windows are so dangerous even adults can fall through!
