This was a serious scientific study which connects food choices to the ancient traditions of the past. Green Prophet values and appreciates Jewish contributions to the environment. But one could write a satire piece on this research, that’s for sure. There is a similar piece in the NY Times and this research was sent out as a press communique by the University’s press department.
