As far as your meal foods make only what you need for a meal if you have left over rice potatoes or veggtistable other than tomatoes you can freeze. if you have an orphanage near you send prepackaged foods there for the children, if you live near a hospital and you have left over treats and sweets package them up and take to the hospital for the people in a sick bed there is so much you can do to help people and yourself.
