					<description><![CDATA[Kudos to Doha.....but the reall challenge is that between May and October, cycling is not a practical form of transport in the Gulf region without shower facilities and a fresh set of clothes at the destination!  Hopefully the rest of the year this can be a viable option.  Given the growth of mass transit options expected in the future in the major Gulf cities, I see real potential for changes, but perhaps not among the wealthiest residents.     :(]]></description>
