Rishi, which article are you saying is ” very ignorantly written.” ? The article in the Daily Telegraph paper from England? or the one in GreenProphet?
The problem seems to have been reported here in the National paper from the UAE http://www.thenational.ae/news/uae-news/residents-rough-it-as-the-palm-taps-run-dry and the next day they put a follow up saying the water has been restored http://www.thenational.ae/news/uae-news/water-back-on-at-the-palms-oceana-complex

this article is very ignorantly written.. I live on the palm islands in the Oceana building as well, we had loss of water, yes, just like any other residential complex around the world. people were NOT scrubbing in the sea, not bathing in pools… typical editor writing facts about the middle east without actual knowledge. i am waiting for a response.
