In any case it has to build new energy and fuel infrastructure where America and the west have to de-commission theirs gradualy.

China is creating options for itself, a strategic and tactical choice avoiding in as much as it can violent conflict with the west for resources and developing the technology and know how to sell to the world.

Its interesting to watch a ‘hybrid’ economy develop. This won’t be the last.
