I have visited most of those wonderful places but, in the end I would choose The Dead Sea.

I agree with Maurice. Also, I have lived and worked in the Middle East so I am very partial to the area. Everybody knows about the Grand Canyon, The Black Forest, the Amazon, the Great Barrier Reef, the ‘disappearing’ Maldives. These are all major tourist attractions but how many people know about the wonders in the Middle East – except perhaps for the Dead Sea? It’s time these become known and preserved too.

I also thought about the Grand Canyon and the Amazon, as well as the Great Barrier Reef, but tried to be partial to the Middle Eastern locatitions. Incidentally, The Maldives may not be around in 10 – 20 years and as for the Amazon…

I would choose:

The Grand Canyon
The Galapagos
The Dead Sea
The Amazon
The Black Forest
The Great Barrier Reef
The Maldives

Yeah but all these three –– compared to the Grand Canyon, the Amazon and the Bay of Fundy? If I had a choice, I’d choose only the Dead Sea.

I voted for these three because not only do I live in the Middle East, but appreciate their natural wonders.

But these three have special merit whether one lives in this region or not.
