The deal with food preservatives and additives is that we can only know what’s bad for us according to the tests performed. I don’t trust any additives, even though they are a necessary evil in some store-bought foods that come prepared. Best is to stop buying packaged stuff, strap on some hip waders and go fishing for ourselves… oh, but then there’s the problem of sewage in the seas…
