I think the figure of 40% relates to the original 3-way joint project, rather than the go-it-alone option.

I’m just curious to know what the source is for “…the Kingdom will receive at least 40% (the rest to be divided up between Israel and the Palestinians)…” After looking through the links provided I couldn’t find it.
