		<description>1. has a typo: chametz is generally not understood to be unleavened bread :-)2. can be maintained easily in a file, rather than a hard copy on paper; it&#039;s easy to annotate and update that way, too.3. Although I do not like many of the specialty items that come out for Pesach, I don&#039;t think ketchup is the best example. In fact, I try to use it year round, since the Pesach version has actual sugar, instead of high-fructose corn syrup, which I try to avoid at all costs.</description>
