But why not eat a bit healthier version of latkes? There are so many options just a delicious as the traditional potato latkes. Right now I am getting fresh organic veg delivery in Israel and kohlrabi is abundant and tasty. I have made latkes with kohlrabi in place of potatoes and they are delicious and way healthier than potatoes.
