It's great to see something like this actually make headlines. I only hope this makes it into production, and not just some blueprint thrown in the waste can along with the other advances deemed to prohibitive for manufacturing.

I'll remain highly suspicious of these efficiency claims until this product is tested by an independent, reputable consumer product testing laboratory. Anecdotal evidence from the inventors and vague claims to the effect of "one person installed the product in their car..." just won't cut it.The entire premise of the device is suspect. Certainly, as someone already pointed out, alloys are used in catalytic converters to change the composition of exhaust fumes. But, firstly, converters require heat to operate efficiently. Secondly, they must be densely packed with the catalyzing alloy, causing near-absolute contact between the surface of the alloy and the gases of the exhaust. Lastly, the composition of the gases can only be manipulated by adding elements to the composition of the gases, or removing elements. The Z5 claims to effect the composition of the air molecules, in turn producing great efficiency improvements. A fin design seems terribly inefficient when talking about changing the composition of gases by surface contact. By volume, a tiny portion of the air molecules passing through will come in contact with the fins. The rest would pass through unimpeded. These are awfully dramatic efficiency improvements for the relatively small amount of air that could possibly come in contact with the alloy as designed. Furthermore, how exactly is the product changing the composition of the air, while also never requiring replacement? Elements would either have to be removed from, or added to, the composition to effect that change. In either case, the product would eventually reach an end of life. Either it would become saturated with the elements it is removing, or exhausted of the elements it is adding. I'm also suspect that the patent claims that the entire device can be made of copper, which is exactly what the example in the video appears to consist of from outward appearances. The magical alloy is not described in the patent at all. It seems obvious that the alloy is the key to the invention, and therefore more deserving of a patent than a silly cylinder with a star-pattern embedded within. There are a plethora of alloy patents in existence, all of which describe the metals/materials composing the alloy and the percentages of those materials in relation to the total. Why, then, in this case is there a 'secret' alloy involved? It wouldn't be difficult to have the material analyzed for it's composition. And considering that it's composition is not described in the patent, I could then use the same alloy in the manufacture of my device. Hmmmm.... Indeed, it would have to be truly magical...

We presently have two TECHNION (Israel Institute of Technology) reports testing MotorSilk lubrication gaining 8-10% better fuel economy and with 100,000 miles testing in the diesel injectors virtually no wear www.evergreenamerica.com

Wow, do they really think no one has seen this before? Rip off an old Tornado design that sells for $39, and mark it up to a on-sale jewish $208. Now that takes balls. What a scam.

I still never saw any fuel efficiency tests, or test results from an independent lab. I think that the Z5 company is losing face by not getting these done. Or maybe the jig will be up? I saw emissions testing with my own eyes and it looked legitimate. It really did. Not every positive effect needs to be explained. But it would add credibility to the company's name if they took proving the science behind the Z5 more seriously. If you've tried it and feel you've been duped, I have the company manager's cell phone and personal email. The company guarantees money back -not including shipping fees, including in the price...-Karin
