		<description>Rachel - sadly, the pods of fava (or broad) beans don&#039;t really break down in the same way as pea pods do. When they are very young, you can grill the pods whole, but after that their fate lies in the composter.

James - a tasting party sounds fab. Unfortunately, the GreenProphet world extends rather far, and I&#039;m not sure how we&#039;d ever settle on a location. Maybe an international, web-choreographed cook-a-long sometime down the road...?</description>
