When they are very young, you can grill the pods whole, but after that their fate lies in the composter. James - a tasting party sounds fab. Unfortunately, the GreenProphet world extends rather far, and I'm not sure how we'd ever settle on a location. Maybe an international, web-choreographed cook-a-long sometime down the road...?
